What are some of the things that help you with your anxiety? For me, listening to music helps me calm down my anxiety and also, writing does too.

So, what helps you with your anxiety? What are some of your coping skills?

 
I have recently start to Journal. It was suggested by my therapist. I find it helps a lot and like yourself listening to music or watching TV.

 
I have never been someone who was able to cope with my anxiety as well as I should have been able to. I am getting better at managing and coping with my anxiety now though. 

I find things such as shutting off playing a game I enjoy or shutting off and listening to music helps with my anxiety, I also avoid going out at really busy times to avoid anxiety overload. 

 
I like listening to music to help calm me down. Also since I have social anxiety, I feel that if I practice what I'm going to say on the phone prior to making a phone call makes it much easier to do. I often will write down what I'm going to say.
