I find computer programs like Poser and Blender to be incredibly fun. Unfortunately, that stuff didn't exist in the pre-internet days when I was in public school.

But since few people visit forums anymore, I don't know how the free services make ad money.

I think everyone is narcissist to a degree.

I might not mind a blog that is free, ready-made, with minimal setup. Some examples are Blogger, WordPress.com (not .org the self-hosted thing) etc.. It's because I'm not much into blogs and so I'm not as obsessed with the web development aspect.

In my 6th grade, it was 1989 and there was no internet, just computer class teaching probably Visual Basic. And computers were NOT cool then to most people.

XF is awesome software, but I want to give phpBB a try this year, especially as I'm playing with Planet Styles themes.
