Having a good night sleep is very important for someone's health benefits because if one isn't sleeping well, they risk having high blood pressure and so many other health complication.
I don't sleep much because I go to bed very late at night but I'm trying my best to work on it.
It varies for me. If I work the next day I try to get to bed by 9:30 pm. Doesn’t always happen though. Weekends when I’m off I don’t have a particular time.
