What's your take on all these health trends we see everywhere like intermittent fasting, cold plunges or those expensive supplements?
It feels like every month there's something new everyone's obsessed with. Have you actually tried any of them,and did they make a real difference for you? Or do you think most of it is just hype and good marketing? I'm curious what you believe actually works.
