What's your favorite video game movie?

You know movies based around video games used to quite frankly suck. It wasn't until Detective Pikachu that video game movies started getting good. What's your favorite movie based on a video game? I bet you all already know my favorite ones, the Sonic films! I think they did a decent job retelling Sonic 2/3K and Sonic Adventure 2's story. The first film didn't really base anything around the games, and it had the stupid Sanic meme so it's my least favorite of the Sonic films. I also thought Five Nights At Freddy's was good too.

For me is the 1st Silent Hill movie . I'm a horror fan , movies and games and i enjoyed a lot the movie . I liked Five Nights at Freddy more than i expected ( the 1st , the 2nd is worst ) because i dont like the games and Nicolas Cage have a movie with automatons that is really bad .

Mortal kombat 1995 still hits me. I watched it again last year on my laptop and the vibes is still there. Maybe nostalgia, but the soundtrack alone is great. The newer ones have better graphics but somehow lack the soul we needed

My favourite video game movie isn't a movie but a TV show. It's The Last of Us that I'm talking about. I don't think there's gonna be any video games adapted to movies or series that's going to be better.

Sonic for me. I didn't expect much but it surprised me. I watched it in one small cinema in my area, the tickets were like $5 then. It was fun, not trying too hard. video game movies usually disappoint but sonic was calm.
