What's your biggest struggle when it comes to staying healthy?
For most people, it's probably finding the time to actually work out or cook healthy meals,right? Life gets so busy and it's way easier to grab fast food or skip the gym. Or maybe it's just staying motivated when you don't see results right away? What's the hardest part for you about keeping up with healthy routines?
