What treatments or remedies do you follow when you have a cold? Do They work?

Usually just the usual lemsip capsules. do they work? sometimes.

I don't actually take anything for colds. I just let it run its course.

At the start of a cold I always boosted my vitamin C intake. In collage I drank orange or pink grapefruit juice. It seemed to help decrease the symptoms and/or length of my colds as compared to others who also had it.
