I've been thinking about this a lot lately.. what online skills do you actually think are worth learning in 2026?

There are honestly so many options out there but I'm really wondering which ones will actually pay off with real demand and good income potential. Is it coding, digital marketing, copywriting, video editing or maybe something AI-related? I want to invest my time learning something that'll genuinely make a difference in my earning potential. What skills have you actually seen people succeed with recently?

It all depends on what you want to do and learn, but I'd say anything AI-related is a good field to start. Especially when it pertains to prompting. There's a huge field where users are seeking prompts for video making and content writing, so that's one field that you can explore.

I've also seen users make money from blogging as well.

I think prompt engineering is highly profitable digital skills. Since Gen AI is getting popular day by day, ability to write good prompts is a skill yiu need to master if you want to become successful online.

I also believe that anything related to AI is a good thing. AI will dominate the world of technology and it is already being used in many different ways. Many people are pursuing courses related to AI and this has benefited them a lot in the recent times. However, AI is not replacing content writers due to many reasons. Content writers are creative and AI lacks this aspect.
