Food & DrinkWhat is the biggest meal in the day for you?
For me, it's my breakfast. I literally eat like a king in my breakfast. I do feel very hungry after a good morning work out and also because I have an early dinner and would be fasting for at least 13 hours overnight. I need a filling, yummy and protein rich nutritious loaded breakfast. It's the most important meal for me and I try not to skip it. My breakfast sets the energy and mood for my day. How about you? Which meal is the heaviest and most important for you?
The biggest meal of the day for me is my lunch. It always comes in between work. And my energy levels is always very low low. And I eat very big portions to regain my energy and keep working. I eat a big breakfast too but my lunch is always the biggest.
Dinner. Breakfast is mostly cereal or something quick. Most days I don't eat breakfast anyway. Lunch is usually some quick like a sandwich. Dinner is usually something hot.
I always eat a large portion of rice or beans every morning as breakfast. That's always the heaviest food that I eat everyday. It is because I always eat very light for dinner.
Hmm..it's different for each one. @Kross . I am happy to see that someone else takes breakfast as the heaviest meal. That is my case too as I have mentioned.
@Rudolph..that's not nice to skip a meal with diabetes. You should be more careful about that.
@Angela and @Krissycakes09. Dinner becomes important as it is the only hot meal many have in the day. Their day is so busy and fast paced.
@Megan @Min George. Lunch break makes you really hungry after that work and especially if you have skipped your breakfast or just had something light to grab.
