It is not easy to destress yourself. They are mentally affected when this stress gets too much to handle.

I meditate, go to a nearby park, or watch some good movie to destress myself. What do you do? If you don't, then you must find out some way to keep yourself healthy.

I know what I SHOULD do when stressed for the most part, but I very rarely attempt it. Sometimes just taking time to breathe helps. Distracting myself sometimes does too, or talking to my mom.

I try to isolate myself and just play games or watch anime. Whatever makes my troubles vanish.

Walking is one of my favorite ways to manage stress. When I am stressed out, I go for a walk. But sometimes this is not possible, especially when I am also physically tired. In a situation like this, I play games or watch TV shows.

When I’m stressed, I usually take a break, go for a walk, or listen to music. Reflecting quietly, reading, or doing light exercise helps me calm down and regain focus. Sometimes I also use meditation and breathing exercises to calm my mood and de-stress myself.

When am stressed, what i do is to take a break and watch a movie, or simply play a game. Anything that can distract me from the work at hand.

When I'm stressed, I simply find a way to rest. I sit out with friends, I play games or better still I just sleep. I have friends that help me laugh and forget my stress. I visit a masseuse who help me relax and relieve me of my stress.
