Going to the gym is not by force 😂. My go-to workout is a very simple walk and small home exercise. I do push-ups, squats, and planks if my body allows me. 🤣 Sometimes I just play afrobeats and stretch anyhow.🤣 What about you?.
 
Honestly brisk walking and light bodyweight stuff are my go-tos. It's nothing fancy. Last week I walked instead of entering a bus and my body feels light.. Gym is cool but consistency beats all that fancy equipments.
