The Internet has turn to a place where anybody can just pick up your picture or your video and use them in their own content. So, you really need to protect yourself like using a very strong passwords, 2FA, using VPN sometimes, and not dropping your personal info anyhow.
How do you you guys protect yourselves online?

The best way to protect your privacy online is to use strong passwords, avoid clicking random links, and you should stop using one password everywhere. Also, make sure to use 2FA if available. And don’t showcase your life story on social media for public consumption. That's what most people do nowadays.

According to several videos I've seen, for example, the Brave browser is one of the best at protecting user privacy. Besides having to use a paid VPN to avoid problems and never accepting cookies from any site, you should use a browser extension to delete cookies. This way, you protect your privacy from everything.

I have come to tell myself that private issues are better kept private and not brought to social media. No one would target you if they don't have any hint about your private life. I take every measure to secure my online accounts properly with Passkeys. And I don't leave trails of my privacy online.

Use a VPN when on public WiFi, enable two-factor authentication on important accounts and use strong unique passwords for everything.. a password manager helps with that. Clear cookies regularly, don't overshare on social media and be careful what permissions you give apps.
