Are you the type to take daily vitamins and supplements or not really? As for me, i do take vitamins and supplements. I take a daily dose of Fish oil, magnesium, iron and vitamin C.

I'd honestly say taking these vitamins and supplements have helped me stay healthy over the years.

But, what about you? Do you take any supplements on a daily basis?
 
No I don't take vitamins or supplements.. I probably should but I just never got into the habit. I figure if I'm eating decent meals.. I'm getting most of what I need naturally.
 
I was told to take fish oil and ashwagandha daily for distressing the mind. I have found benefits of the same, but they are for the long run; you don't get benefited. I think these vitamin supplements also have a good effect on our bodies in the long run.
 
If your goal is to get defined or gain muscle mass, vitamins and supplements are clearly your best ally and above all your best friend.
