No, I haven’t read Stephen King’s books, but I’ve watched several movies adapted from his works. The stories are often intense and suspenseful, and the films give a good sense of his style.

Well, there is something called creative freedom, which is heavily exercised when adapting books into movies. They alao make changes to make it more suitable for different audience
I have read a few short stories from Stephan King, however, I have watched a lot of movies based on his stories and books. I am not fan of this author as I am not much into reading horror genre.
I'm not a Stephen King fan, but I love many of his movies, like The Shining, Nostalgia for the Past, It, etc. His unsettling aesthetic makes each film fascinating and incredibly entertaining. So, despite not being a fan, I love his movies, but I've never read his books; I don't like to read.
