Since Guilded will be shutting down next month, I wanted to see if there were any other decent Discord alternatives out there. Over on the Guilded subreddit, a few people mentioned Root so I gave it a try. I had to get a invite code to join though, but I managed to find one over on the Root subreddit. Anyways it's still in Beta stages, so there's not features like forums yet but eventually this will be added to the software. You can sign up to get a invite code, but it could take a bit for you to get one unfortunately. Still I think it's worth signing up and trying it out for yourself whenever you do get a code. (I wish I had a invite code to give out but I don't...) Here's the link to their official website:
