Most people would want to believe that physical work drains a person much more than mental work. But people that do mental work would disagree. They have to strain their brain and minds to work.

Which is more exhausting to you between physical work and mental work?

Mental work is mostly exhausting in the sense that when you are mentally down or mentally drained, it affects your physical appearance, You appear exhausted because your brain has been over used. Physical work is the use of parts of your body to work. Mental work on the other hand is the use of signals to work. The formal is quite simpler and easy to adapt to, the later is the powerhouse and send difficult to operate.
