General How many glasses of water do you take daily?

Drinking water is vital for overall health. This is why it is advisable to take enough water daily. At least 8 glasses of water it helps regulate body temperature, lubricate joints and transport nutrients.
 
I am really someone that is very conscious about drinking water. I try to make sure that I drink 5 glasses of water in the rainy seasons and double of that in the dry season. I drink water every two hours in the dry season and every three hours in the rainy season. And that is even if am not thirsty.
 
I don't count how many glasses of water I drink. I drink water from bottle and I usually switch between bottles so I cannot say exactly how much water I drink. But I am sure I drink more than 10 glasses of water, or around 2.5 liters every day.
 
I don't count it but I think it should be around 6–8 glasses daily. It’s less when I'm occupied with work or when I'm very busy. If I drink enough water, I have more energy, better skin, and no headache like I used to .
