The social media space is getting popular with each passing day. A lot of people spend more time browsing the Internet and mainly on social media because they enjoy the trends that it brings.

I don't let social media discussions take much of my time as I would rather spend at most 5 hours daily on all social media platforms and use the rest of the time doing other productive activities. As a person, how much time do you give to social media daily?

Frankly speaking, I spend a lot of time on social media. However, I don't thoughtlessly scroll the feed. I use social media to interact with my friends, family, and also clients. I use it to find information. I market and promote my content on social media. I even monetize my social media content to make money.

I used to spend hours on social media daily, but over the years, I have noticed that I am using it less and less, mainly because I get tired of seeing bad news or even drama on social media.

I would say I spend less than an hour now on social media and only usually go on to check things.

Maybe a few times a week. It's not on my phone now so time is cut back, but that's a positive thing.

But I guess the sucky part is where I'm not sharing interesting photos I would take anymore, stuff like nature etc.

If I reveal the exact real number, I will be ashamed. Ok, let me spill it. For some days. Maybe I spend like 3–4 hours easily. Other days maybe just an hour. Once you get into TikTok or Instagram, forget it, you won't know when you have spent a lot of time.

There was a time when i rarely spend time on social media, but these days due to my work, i tend to be a little active on social media, but i don't think i spend up to an hour there.

I am on four social media platforms and I visit each of them everyday. I don't spend more than an hour on them cumulatively. My life is so busy for me to spend that much time on social media. I just login, check a few trends and see reactions and off I go.

All my social media apps are always running at all times. I run my business from social media so I keep them running so I can get notifications. I don't stay on the social media all day though. I only spend about two hours everyday on social media.
