We all are aware of the benefits of exercise for staying healthy. I am one of those people who feel that there day is incomplete without a good workout. I don't miss my morning exercise routine and if I do, I try to compensate for it sometimes later. Even on a busy day, I would make sure to exercise for 20 minutes. Else, I exercise for an hour daily. I don't exercise when I am sick. Else some or the other form of exercise has to be part of my daily routine.
I have seen people who are lazy to exercise or hate exercising. Many wish to start but keep procrastinating.
