We all are aware of the benefits of exercise for staying healthy. I am one of those people who feel that there day is incomplete without a good workout. I don't miss my morning exercise routine and if I do, I try to compensate for it sometimes later. Even on a busy day, I would make sure to exercise for 20 minutes. Else, I exercise for an hour daily. I don't exercise when I am sick. Else some or the other form of exercise has to be part of my daily routine.
I have seen people who are lazy to exercise or hate exercising. Many wish to start but keep procrastinating.
How about you? How important is exercise for you?
 
Honestly it's not too important to me. I know everyone should probably exercise, even if it's just a short walk for cardio. I just don't have the time to exercise nor really the will to. For me I'd rather live a happy life, enjoying things and I don't enjoy exercising in the slightest haha.
 
l exercice est pour moi le carburant de l organisme , et le meilleur médecin aussi , il est mieux de faire des exercices pour faire vivre ton corps et rendre ton physique attrayant. pour moi je crois que l exercice est important pour tout le monde .
 
I would say that exercise is important to me. I am not someone who can take part in very strenuous exercise, but I can stay active, such as walking and doing things around the house, and I make sure I do that to stay as active as I can.

Due to my health and suffering from fibromyalgia, I can end up in pain easily with just a short walk, but I still try to get out and walk at least once a day, even if it is a slow walk.
 
Exercising is very good for my body as it is the way that I get to keep fit, stay focused and organised while pushing to become a better person. I believe that it is by keeping fit that one can be able to keep some of the health issues that we experience in life very far away from us.
 
Exercise is quite important to me. It helps me stay physically healthy, reduces stress, and boosts my energy and focus. Even short daily workouts or walks make a noticeable difference in how I feel and approach my day. I try to exercise every day.
