Planet Discussions VaultHow frequently do you go to movie theater?
I am a big movie buff and so is my husband. We used to go to movie theater almost every week. But then with Covid and lockdown, movie watching changed. And then all OTT platforms became more popular. Now, we have enough options and sometimes it can be overwhelming. We hardly visit movie theaters. From visiting theaters weekly, we go to movie theaters once in a year.
How about you?
How frequently do you visit movie theaters?
Not often. Maybe once in 5 months. Cinema is very expensive now and sometimes the crowd are just too noisy. I prefer to watch the movies in my house where I could pause, rewind, and even sleep if the movie is boring. But once in a while, I like the big screen vibe.
I wouldn't say I go to the movie theatre too often. The last time I went, it was in May of this year, and we went to go and watch a live concert in the cinema of one of the BTS members, J-Hope
It was such an awesome experience, much like a concert, but because we could not be in the place, it was in person, we attended through cinemas worldwide
Um, being totally honest here.. I have not been to a movie theater since the original Star Wars Trilogy in 1983 - Return of the Jedi. I have a big dislike of theaters.
