How do you handle failure or setbacks when things don't go as planned?

Honestly I used to get really frustrated and sometimes even discouraged. But now I try to see setbacks as lessons rather than failures. I remind myself that everyone faces challenges and it's okay to stumble. How about you? Do you have a way of bouncing back quickly or turning setbacks into opportunities?

I try my best not to get upset and angry when this happens, but man it's really hard. I know I don't get as upset as I used to when I was younger, but I still have a long way to go when it comes to this. I often find myself giving up on things because of this too, so some of my projects end up on the backburner.

I try to view failure as a learning opportunity. Reflecting on what went wrong, adjusting my approach, and focusing on the next steps helps me move forward. Staying patient and persistent usually makes setbacks easier to handle.

There are times where situations like this often makes me fall into depression, but one way i often scale through this is by simply taking a little break to rest my thoughts, then i just simply find a way to distract myself.

Unfortunately, I used to deal with it with hatred, but nowadays I handle it relatively well. I exercise, lift weights, hit a punching bag, and believe me, that helps me get over the frustration of failure. Then, with a calm and clear mind, I think about the solution.

I believe setbacks are lessons to be learnt. I learn a lot when it happens to people but when I'm faced with challenges, I usually get depressed. I get depressed that it happened after all the precautions and lessons I'd learnt from others but I always find a way to get out of it. I go on a tour, I hang out with friends, I relax and enjoy, these are good ways to escape depression.
