Some clients are quite cool, but some can be very negative like they just want to bring you down.
For me, I donât like fermenting trouble, so I let people talk first because sometimes, a good number of them speak out of frustration. But other times, I stood my ground because some people can take you for a fool. I try to explain things clearly, give options, and set boundaries early.
