These days I just cancel everything and stay off the screen for like one week, no notifications, no trailers, nothing, when you come back fresh even normal series feels new again, forcing yourself to watch content is pure suffering. What do you think?

Just like you mentioned, taking a break is a smart way to go. You do so because you want to have a good time doing other things away from streaming. I can't advise anyone to keep streaming when they should not be doing so.

This depends a kit on how long can a person go. There are many people who love to stream content online and they never feel any fatigue at all. Many people are actually addicted to streaming content online. They do it all the time.

It is important for one to know when to take a break and when to continue streaming. Finding that balance is very important for a better life.

Usually it depends on which movies or series I want to watch. I have the Netflix family account so we're still keeping that. But say for example I want to watch something that's only on Disney+, then I would subscribe to Disney+ only for that month. I know it's probably not the most efficient thing to do, but so far it works for me

That's true. I think when people start to feel tired, they should consider taking a break. The fact of the matter remains that many people are so into playing games that they never consider taking a break. This could be a huge mistake. Your body always needs rest.

I tell some people this and they begin to argue as if they know everything that has to do with their health. Taking a rest when the body is weak is the right thing to do in such a situation.

Taking rest is a very important thing. I have heard of a case where a gamer spent countless hours playing game and he needed up in hospital. That's a really strange thing. People should never spend so much time gaming. Your body certainly needs rest.

If you subscribe to all of them you won't get your value out of most of them. There's overlapping content and there aren't enough hours in the day.

That said… big picture there's no such thing as too many services producing and licencing content because you can put them all in a rotation and subscribe to a couple at a time.

Are you talking about streaming on Twitch? I think it is possible for you to subscribe to various channels on Twitch. However, I am not sure if you would lose your value. Many streamers may really love it when you subscribe to their channel. This encourages them to stream more and more. This can also elevate streaming fatigue.
