With just a simple search for cookies, for example, from Netflix or hacked Netflix accounts, you'll usually find them. It's not always easy to find one that works, but if you search, believe me, you'll find one. So I was wondering, how many people have been hacked? Because for one person to gain access to these kinds of accounts, many people's accounts must have been hacked. Unfortunately, that's the reality. So I asked, have any of you ever had an account hacked? I recommend always having 2FA enabled and also deleting the site's cookies every time you log out so they can't be cloned and used to access your account. In addition, have a good antivirus and antimalware program installed to prevent a virus from stealing your information.
No thankfully I haven't had an account hacked before. But you are right about the serious security risks out there.. Two-factor authentication is definitely essential these days. It adds that extra layer of protection that makes it way harder for hackers to gain access.
