Nowadays, people make use of Ai for even simple tasks such as doing some simple mathematical calculations and it makes me wonder how we got here. Do you believe that the use of Ai has made a whole of people to become lazy?
Yeah I think AI has definitely made some people lazier to be honest. When you can just ask AI to do everything for you why bother learning or thinking things through yourself But at the same time AI can save so much time on tedious tasks like letting people focus on more creative or important work. It's a double-edged sword really.
Nowadays, people make use of Ai for even simple tasks such as doing some simple mathematical calculations and it makes me wonder how we got here. Do you believe that the use of Ai has made a whole of people to become lazy?
I think it's made some people lazier for sure, they're using AI to make graphics and videos when I think they should put effort into making artwork or other forms of media. It's fine to use it sparingly, and to maybe make some processes easier but to outright use AI for everything just comes off as lazy for me. I came across a Youtube channel where most of the content was made with AI, and to me it's not really creative and is lazy.
I've seen people who complained about AI not giving them the right information that they needed in handling matters. It seems you are one of them and I won't totally blame you for making a decision not to rely on it for basic information.
I do believe that AI, to an extent, has made us lazy. For things we would usually sit and work out ourselves, we can now just sit and ask AI and get the answer instantly.
I feel that with AI developing and becoming smarter, AI will continue to be used, meaning many will continue to be lazy instead of working things out themselves.
People need to use their brain. It's just like muscles and working out.
So, I think people should know how to do things and keep the brain in shape, but, of course, we all need a break now and then and that's when AI can help.
AI absolutely makes some people lazy. I won't lie. Even the smallest of things like writing very simple mail, people still run to AI. But to be honest, AI just makes things faster and it's a neutral tool. If you allow it to do everything for you, then it's left to you. But you need to remember that it will render you useless in no time.
Yes the introduction of AI has made a lot of us lazy to some degree, i have seen people who no longer stress themselves with anything, they just throw it at an AI and wait for the results.
AI has made people so lazy. Simple tasks like arithmetic, a person would prompt an AI model. Many people world over don't even know how to engage their brains any longer for simple tasks. It is really pathetic.
It seems true that artificial intelligence make some people lazy especially the students in the tertiary level. They no longer like to go to the library to do research they just sit somewhere in a Wi Fi zone in the campus and ask AI about the answers of their homework. This makes the students lazy and incompetent.
I know that a lot of creatives got lazy because of AI. They don't stretch the limits of their creative strengths just because of they can simply prompt an AI model. Personally AI has not made me lazy. It has helped me to be mo more creative and more hardworking exploring more possibilities.
