•  It is ok to post if you're feeling suicidal but please don't post your suicide plans or self harm pictures. Go to your nearest accident and emergency or call your mental health team if you feel unsafe.
  
• Please do not bring any drama to the forum.
  
• We have the right to delete any post that contains hateful speech such as homophobic, transphobic or racist words.
  
• We're a peer support forum so please be respectful to our staff in which are all volunteers.
  
• No spam 
  
• No research posts unless you have permission from myself.
  
• Posts that are religious preaching
  
• Posts must be in English
