• We have the right to delete any post that contains hateful speech such as homophobic, transphobic or racist words.
  
• We're a peer support forum so please be respectful to our staff in which are all volunteers.
  
• No spam 
  
• No research posts unless you have permission from myself.
  
• Posts that are religious preaching
  
• Posts must be in English
