I work in the mental health area as a remedial hypnotist. I'm not touting for business by posting this but I am happy to answer any questions about what I do, how I do it and why it works (and why it doesn't in some cases). I work with issues such as anxiety, trauma, PTSD, phobias, weight control, pain management and also some miscellaneous stuff such as blushing and car sickness!!
@Catsmother Thankfully no. I only need to know as much as the client wants to tell me - some go into lots of detail, others prefer to give just the basic information. Their mind knows what the problems is, it's not necessary to relive things that are already familiar just for my benefit. All I need to ascertain is if the subconscious mind is able and willing to work with me.
