Some people really have difficulties when it comes to waking up from sleep every morning. For that reason, they make use of the alarm that wakes them up every morning.

Are you the type of person who requires the help of an alarm before you wake up from sleep?

I always set an alarm when I sleep, even if I do not have to be up in the morning, mainly because I know I would oversleep by a lot, and now my kids are all older and mostly adults, so they don't always think to wake me.

I tend to have my alarm set for 9.30 am.

I always do. If I do not set an alarm, I will end up waking up late, maybe by 10am. I’ve spoiled myself with late nights, so is what actually saves me every day. Sometimes I even set two alarms, one to warn me and one to actually wake me 😂.

Even though 10 am is almost a whole morning, that's still not as bad as it could be

I use one for when I need to be up at certain times. Usually if I work in the morning. Though my body is so use to waking up then I usually am up before it goes off.

For working days, yes. Although I do occasionally forget, sadly!

I honestly don’t even bother turning off the alarm on weekends. I just shut it off when it goes off and go back to sleep. XD

Technically, not while I'm asleep, but before I fall asleep. While I'm asleep it would be impossible. What do I do? Unless I'm a sleepwalker, I don't think that's possible.

I don't set alarms everyday. I do that on days I have very important task ahead. Alarms serve as a reminder and is very effective when it comes to keeping to time. Alarms help me stay ahead of schedules instead of being behind schedules.

I never had set my alarm clock. I am already awake at 4 in the morning. My body system is used to it. I cannot extend my time sleeping after 4. I left home for work at 6 in the morning.

I don't really need a alarm when I sleep. My body has already adjusted to my wake up time. And I don't have any need to wake up in the middle of the nights too, that is why I don't really need an alarm set when I sleep at night.

What you say is undeed true. When you sleep at hearly hour you wake up early in the morning. If you sleep late at night after watching movie, you wake up late. The rule is so simple.

There are two alarms set for weekdays in my phone, one is at 5 AM and the other is at 5:15. It has been there for years now. It's just for emergency days when I might not be able to get up on time. Else my biological clock is so steady that I would wake up a minute before the first alarm rings on most days.

I do not have problem with waking up, I can some how wake up at the exact time I decide before sleeping. However, I use an alarm out of habit. Sometimes when I am not able to sleep early, I will have problem waking up early, so setting alarm helps me.
