Do you prefer the past or the present of The Simpsons?
The Simpsons currently has 37 seasons, some more loved than others, but there's something very noticeable about its audience: it's divided! Yes, divided between those who like the early seasons and those who like the more recent ones. Because of this, I want to clear up a question for the users here: are you someone who prefers the Simpsons of the past or the Simpsons of the present? And if you can, I'd like you to explain why.
I haven't watched new episodes of The Simpsons since the early 10's, so it's safe to say I definitely prefer the older episodes. I also feel bad for Julie Kavner, Marge's voice actress. Her voice is shot and sounds terrible, I really think they need to end the series sooner than later. But seeing how we're getting another movie next year, 20 years after the first one came out I don't see it happening any time soon.
