So do you prefer listening to full albums from start to finish or are you more into shuffling individual tracks and playlists?

I’ve always wondered because I love hearing albums as the artist intended with the flow and story they created. But sometimes I just want to pick my favorite songs and mix it up. What’s your go-to way? Do you have a preference?

It really depends on the album I am listening to as to whether I listen from start to finish.

New albums that have just been released, I tend to listen to from start to finish, and if there is an album that I enjoy that I want to listen to again, I will also listen to that album again from start to finish.

If I haven’t heard it yet I will listen start to finish. Other play throughs I’ll do either one. Sometimes I’ll pick a song I want to listen to or the whole thing. Depends on my mood.

Honestly, I love to enjoy every bit of the tracks in the albums if I really like the artist. It’s like you’re entering their world. Sometimes, you would find out that albums just flow better when you don’t skip anything. I remember when Burna Boy dropped African Giant. That song was a hit from start to finish.
