General Do you plan everything or go with the flow?

From your day to day activities to your business, do you always plan all your movements, or do you simply go with the flow? Personally there are days i do plan my movements, and then there are days i just go with the flow.

I do both actually. For big stuff like work or trips. I definitely plan ahead because winging it usually backfires. But for everyday life I'm pretty flexible.
