Do you have staff on your forum, do you pay you staff? In case you are paying, how much do you spend on staff payment. How do you manage to pay your staff, from your pocket or from the revenue generated on your forum. In case, you don't pay, how do you get people to work for free?
I wish I could pay staff!! I've had a staffer on Christianity Haven who has been with us for years and years. He's a wonderful elderly gentleman and I appreciate the time he's put into the forum.
I have two very experienced mods both are or have been admins. I am grateful to have them on my forum, both are friends of mine and do not seek any compensation.
My projects are too small for staff, but if I ever had staff, no matter the forum size, I feel like I would need to pay them in money or something they might find valuable like forum posting, for instance.
