We all need plenty of water to keep hydrated. The amount of water you need varies by your age and gender, so it's best to look up and see how many glasses you should be drinking a day. I know I need to get better at this, I barely drink water throughout the day. I'm lucky if I get at least one glass a day, I had two today since I drank a water bottle at work.
I always was horrible with drinking it. I'm kinda picky about how it tastes. I've been drinking it more these days. Usually drink Poland Springs water.
I drink 2-3 liters of water every day, depending on my lifestyle, weather, and climate. In a hot sunny day, when I am outdoors, sometime I end up drinking 4 liters. However, in a cold winter days when I am, indoor, I hardly drink 2 liters.
I try but honestly I probably fall short most days. I will go hours without drinking anything and then chug a bunch of water at once which isn't ideal. I know I should be more consistent eight glasses and all that but it's easy to forget when you're busy.
I try to drink at least 2 litres of water daily. It helps me stay hydrated, maintain energy, and keep my focus throughout the day. Sometimes when I sweat profusely, especially during summer, I drink around 3 litres
Definitely, I have been drinking enough water because I know it's benefits our body by regulating temperature, aiding digestion, lubricating joints, and transporting nutrients and oxygen to cells.
Yes, I can't drink 2 liters of water a day because my body doesn't need it, but I do drink water 5 or 6 times a day and my body clearly appreciates it.
I only drink water on what's required by my body. I drink the standard number of glasses, which is 8 glasses daily. Water removes toxins from our body, and it is also important for the maintenance of the cleanliness of our kidneys.
