Food & Drink Do you always have 3 square meals?

The standard meal schedule is to eat 3 times in a day. But circumstances can differ for everyone. Many do not see the need to eat up to 3 times while others are trying to bulk up so they eat more than that.

What is your daily meal plan?

I don't do daily meal plans. I just eat whats on hand.

I sometimes eat three meals a day, however, I mostly eat two meals a day. I don'gt eat breakfast, I eat lunch and dinner. I eat lunch at around 11 am and dinner at 7 or 8.

I don't always have 3 meals each day. Usually, it depends on each day and how hungry I am feeling as to whether I eat 3 meals or just breakfast and dinner.

I have 3 main meals - but my main meals are usually smaller than most people's, and I have snacks in between them.

No, not really. Sometimes I substitute ice coffee for one meal because I like it so much.

I eat 3 meals a day and that's because if I skip a meal, I find that I'm hungrier later and just want to snack all night. So it's better if I'm consistent with my eating.
