Sports Chelsea and sacking of managers?

If I can think of any club in English Premier League that's trigger happy in sacking managers, it's Chelsea. Although, Manchester United is doing the same thing now because in the past 13 years, they have had 10 different managers.

Enzo Maresca was sacked on new year's day after relationship broke down between him and the board.

Was it a good decision to sack Enzo Maresca?
