Hmm.  There's a place about an hour from where I currently live called Garden Pizza that makes amazing NY-style pizza.  I'd say a cheese pizza, diet pepsi and then for dessert...I don't know, I'm not really a big dessert fan, maybe some apple pie?

There are certain surgeries I need, but healthcare won't pay for and I can't possibly afford them.  Selfishly, I would get those surgeries so I could feel more comfortable within myself.  After that I would keep enough to pay off debts and donate the rest to friends and charities.
