I do not know if there is perfect health. When I was a teenager, I always caught up with cold. it was because I took a bath three times a day. I dived into the beach near home when I got perspired, and the result was sneezing nonstop and to follow cold. But it took only one day after taking lemonade with honey. When I started working, I took energy vitamins and minerals, thus making my body strong and healthy, but not perfect.
I have an asthmatic gene because my father was asthmatic. I am asymptomatic though but I have complete allergy to smoke, dust and strong odours. I immediately start sneezing when I slightly get exposed to these things. And if I don't leave immediately, it would lead to me getting sick and needing antibiotics to recover.
