It's not everyone who's working. Some people are very lazy down to their bones. I call them the free loaders because they always want to have everything done for them without doing much to earn it.

For those who get out of their bed and go to work everyday, what makes you feel motivated to work?

Honestly what motivates me to work is a combination of several things. The most obvious and practical reason is needing money to survive, buying food, covering bill, and just maintaining a basic standard of living. That financial necessity alone is enough to get most people out of bed in the morning.

But beyond just the money there's also this deeper need to feel productive and have a sense of purpose in life. I genuinely hate feeling useless or stagnant like I'm just wasting time and not contributing anything meaningful. Work gives you something to focus on, challenges to overcome and a reason to keep improving yourself. Even on tough days there's satisfaction in knowing you accomplished something.

No, not always, but since I acquired a lot of discipline, one does things with or without motivation because one knows that one must do them the same way, and that is more than enough.

I don't joke with my work as it were. I am always motivated to work because it is from work that I earn my living. I am professional content creator and I am under contract with several organisations. And work is based on how many contents I churn out that I get paid. I don't have any option, but to find motivation and work.

Not always. I have productive days and slower days like anyone else. What helps me stay consistent is breaking work into smaller tasks and reminding myself why the work matters. Motivation isn’t constant, so I try to rely more on routine and discipline when it dips.

Of course, I am always motivated to work. I am receiving a handsome salary at the university where I work, so I have to be committed.
