The Admin Hub Are Multi-Forum Moderators at Risk of Decision Fatigue?

You can either have miderators across multiple forums or have them moderate onky specific categories or forums. If your forum is big and if you have same moderator for entire board, making repeated judgments across communities might reduce accuracy. In a case like you either need category based moderator or distribute task. How can task distribution help moderators come up with better decisions? Do you think this also improves response times?
 
What I see here is time management. As far as a moderator is willing to manage their time better, I don't see any reason they shouldn't be able to moderate on different forums. That is where the focus should be.
