Firstly I want to say a huge welcome to you all and thank you for joining  

I want this forum to run as smooth as possible and my aim is to for it to be one of the most supportive communities on the internet. 

Can I just ask for everyone to keep unwanted drama away from the forum and please be respectful to each other.

Enough of that. I want to tell you a bit about myself  

I am the owner of this forum and like many that are likely to join. I have a past of mental health issues such as BPD, anxiety and other issues. With a lot of therapy I have managed to cope a lot better with my issues. I am married with 4 grownup children and I also have a Grandson.

I wanted to create this community as I know first hand the struggles and the stigma attached to mental health, I want this forum to be a success and I can't really do that with all your support.

I am very interested in what other people have experienced. I’m 64 yrs. old and have suffered with MDD and anxiety disorder since 1998.  I want to see If there is anyone  that went through what I went through for 2 1/2 yrs. It ruined my life.
