Sometimes the little things in life make the biggest difference. It might be a warm drink, a quiet moment, or a funny message from a friend. These small moments can turn a bad day around. What’s one small thing that always makes you feel good?

I feel really happy when a person hugs me. Such small things can make a really big difference. Hugging a person can provide relief to a large extent. A person speaking to you politely and kindly is also a really great sign as well.

I like hugs too.

My wife needs a big bear hug from me to feel good each day.

I really like getting a hug from her!

Yes, that feels great. I feel great whenever anyone hugs me. This gives us the feeling that the other person understands us in the best way possible. I think that our brain feels great when someone hugs us. It released chemicals such as dopamine and oxytocin.

I love it when people remember little details about me. I once casually spoke to someone about an interview I was going to and they asked me how it went some days later. I really appreciate such thoughtfulness.

That's great! The good thing about this is the fact that this gives us the sense that people care about us. When people care about us, the remember us. In fact, they also remember us when we pass away. This is an emotional bond that never breaks.
