Have you ever seen people make bad decisions even with all the danger signs ringing out loud? Like someone getting married to a person even the red flags about the potential partner is visible and obvious? Or someone choosing a career when it is clear to them they don't have what it takes to stand that career?

What do you think makes people to open their eyes and make wrong decisions?

People make these mistakes when they're not sure of what they really want in life. This is what happens when you are not particular about what you want in life. There is need to step out of ignorance, ask questions, attend seminars do as not to be left in the dark, maybe because you didn't know how to go about the situation so you just accept your mistakes. Enlightenment is the key.

Nothing is the culprit than emotions. It is either someone is attached emotionally to a thing. And they are struggling to break free from that emotional trap. That's why they know that this thing is bad, but their emotions would keep drawing them to make decisions in favour of those things.
