One of my favorites is Chef Martin Yan from the "Yan Can Cook" show. In addition to teaching different cooking techniques and easy to prepare Chinese dishes, he is so entertaining and funny.

I also love Lidia Bastianich from "Lidia's Kitchen."
Interesting side note, when I was a kid my family used to buy our baked goods at a local shop named "Walkens Bakery." Walkens was owned by actor Christopher Walken's parents. We knew Christopher and also Lidia Bastianich, who both worked at the bakery, before they became famous.

Yan Can Cook is a great show, Yan is amazing, 
. I also really like George Motz for his passion for one single item -- burgers. He dedicated his life to burgers and spent 25 years making the perfect burger for his restaurant and I respect his passion for his craft!
