Being a staff member can come with its challenges and also with some good times. As a staff member on a forum, what is that experience that when you look back, you are all smiles about?

As a staff member on other forums, I always looked back seeing a happy forum owner and members after I did a posting spree to kick the forum back into action. As a staff member on a forum that isn't mine, a big goal is always to help keep the forum active and get people talking. It's something I've been trying to do on TAZ since becoming a moderator there.
