My favourite match or fight stipulation in WWE is the "I Quit Match". Fighters have to vocally say I quit to get a winner.

Hogan vs Ultimate Warrior at Wrestlemania 6. That is one of the first matches where Hogan was pinned cleanly. It was a great match. Warrior took everything Hogan could dish out and still came out on top.
