I learned how to cook when I decided to live on my own while studying in college. I had to prepare home-cooked meals to save money and become better at cooking when I'm older. One of the foods that I cook best is caldereta. It is a Filipino dish that usually includes tomato sauce or paste, cheese, beef, potatoes, and other ingredients.
