Eating late at in the evening or night has been confirmed to be generally unhealthy. And people are always advised to have dinner quite early by medical doctors. I personally had to abide by this health instruction to have a healthy life.
I don't eat beyond 7pm. I always try my best to ensure that I have my dinner by 7pm. How late do you have dinner?
I usually have dinner around 9pm. I know that time is quite late and healthy to have dinner because of how close it is to bed time. But that's about the time I come back from work. I am just hoping it is not too dangerous at that time.
I have my dinner around 7_7:30 PM. I don't eat anything after that. But when some get together or celebration is there, I can go late up to 8:30 PM. Not beyond that. I excuse myself and have my dinner if it's late. I am diabetic and disciplined around my meal times. So, others don't mind.
