I think the blue whale is definitely the biggest animal alive right now like by a crazy margin. These things can grow to almost 100 feet long and weigh as much as 200 tons that's absolutely insane when you think about it. What's wild is that despite being absolutely massive they mostly just eat tiny krill. Makes you wonder how something that huge survives on such small creatures right?
